the hotel has a very convenient location near the zeil shopping street. free coffee and tea were available in the morning who didn't have the breakfast package. the staff were helpful and friendly (i appreciate that).
The room lacked a proper wardrobe. It only had a few hangers on a plastic rack.

the hotel's location is seriously perfect , being right next to all the services i needed. its funky style totally caught my eye , i really appreciated the unique decor. i found both the lobby and my room to be spotlessly clean , which always sets a great tone for the stay.
i noticed the absence of coffee for hotel guests outside breakfast , it would have been super to grab a cup anytime.

The location is central. Cleaning occurred daily the room was clean.
The staff did not provide extra pillows after I requested them via the app. It took multiple follow ups and a visit to reception to receive one pillow after 24 hours.
